The Center for Workers’ Rights and Leonard Carder are working together on behalf of a former driver for Quikrete California, LLC. He alleges he was not paid for all hours worked, missed meal and rest breaks, and work-related expenses, among other things. The case was filed in Sacramento County Superior Court and is now in the California Court of Appeals.
