Amanda joined Leonard Carder as an Associate in 2021. She represents public and private sector labor unions in arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Amanda also represents workers in class action and individual employment cases, specifically wage and hour litigation and independent contractor misclassification.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctorate degree from UC Davis School of Law in 2021. During law school, Amanda participated in the Wage Claim Clinic, Unemployment Insurance Clinic, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing’s Clinical Externship. Amanda worked as summer law clerk at Leonard Carder and the National Employment Law Project (NELP).

Prior to law school, Amanda spent nearly a decade working as a legislative staffer in the House of Representatives, with a focus on labor, health, and veterans’ policy.
