Leonard Carder, along with Edward Wynne, are court-appointed Class Counsel representing a class of current and former Bank of America loan officers in California. The loan officers have regularly used their personal vehicles for their work, including, for example, driving between bank offices, client meetings, and open houses. However, the bank does not take adequate steps to reimburse the loan officers for the mileage incurred performing their job, the lawsuit alleges. The loan officers seek to recover reimbursement for such mileage going back several years, plus interest, attorneys’ fees and costs, and penalties. The case is filed in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
