Jennifer Lai, a former union and community organizer, joined Leonard Carder in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lai practiced in the litigation group of Morrison & Foerster and with Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd. She also worked extensively on civil and workers’ rights litigation in New Orleans, Louisiana, before and after Hurricane Katrina, serving as a staff attorney with the Advancement Project and the National Immigration Law Center. Ms. Lai is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UCLA School of Law.
